We are a family owned and managed organisation with active involvement of the management team in the development and delivery of our services.

Langmont Advantage is a member of the Employee Assistance Professional Association of Australia (EAPAA).  Our team of service providers and psychologists are all qualified, registered to practice and are actively involved in ongoing professional development through their professional memberships to the Australian Psychological Society (APS) and Australian Association of Social Worksers (AASW).
